What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal and Amazon payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers.
How do I change an order?
If you need to change the personal details of your order, please email us at email@example.com We can change your email address, name, and shipping address if there is a typo mistake.
How secure is the order form?
All personal information including credit card data is processed securely through a 256-bit SSL secured web page. Your information is encrypted and sent directly to the credit card providers' network where the transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours after your order has been placed. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at any time, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
How do I track my order?
We will send you an email containing your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Typically, you will receive the tracking number within 1-3 days after processing your order.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in the United States.
We process orders between Monday to Friday. Please allow for up to 4-7 business days for you to receive your order.
Which shipping method do you use?
United States, orders may be delivered by USPS Postal Service or UPS.
How do I receive free shipping?
There is no minimum order amount for FREE worldwide shipping. All orders quality for free shipping!
How do I return an item?
If you are unsatisfied with your order and wish to return it, please contact us within 7 days from your order delivery date. Refunds after 7 days will not be accepted. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for specific instructions to submit your refund request. Each return will be manually processed by our customer service team and you will be notified if the return is approved.
Please note all returns must be in the original condition with packaging intact.

Will I have to pay the shipping fee for return orders?
Yes, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What if an item is defective or broken?
Please contact our customer service team within 7 days from your order delivery date. At email@example.com To process your refund claim, you must send us a photograph or video of the defective product. We will process all claims as soon as possible to ensure you receive a replacement item free-of-charge.
How long does the return process take?
Due to the large amount of daily orders, processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your returned item. We will notify you via email to confirm that your return order has been processed.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Refund times are generally issued within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please contact your card's bank to inquire when the credit refund will be posted to your account. Due to varying banks, it may take up to several weeks before a credit is issued back to your account.
Will I be charged a restocking fee?
Customers will be charged a re-stocking fee only if they cancel an order after it has been shipped from the warehouse. We will charge a 15% re-stocking fee.
